In-app: open the app in your BigCommerce control panel and use the Support tab — your message is delivered straight to our support inbox.

What to include in your request

So we can help on the first reply, please include:

Your BigCommerce store hash (the store-XXXXXXXXX identifier in your control-panel URL).
A short description of what you expected and what happened.
The job name or job ID if the issue relates to a specific bulk edit, and roughly when you ran it.
A screenshot, if the issue is visual.

Common questions

How do I undo a bulk edit?

Every job captures a snapshot of the affected products before it runs. Open the job from your job history and click Revert for one-click rollback. See the User Guide for details.

How does billing and the free trial work?

The app is $9.99/month with a 14-day free trial, billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time; see the Terms of Service.

What data does the app access?

Only your product catalog through BigCommerce's official API. The app never touches customer, order, or payment data. See our Privacy Policy.
